Oh, it's such a temptation to allow a blog to become nothing more than an outlet, a place to vent, to spew mindless complaints about anyone, anything, everyone, everything, every day.

There was a time when I put words to pages because I had something to say - perhaps nothing important, but a story to tell nonetheless. That time has come again.

Here will be opinions, observations, and research. And, of course, a myriad of funny stories. I do live in Southeast Texas, after all.
